The Living Learning hub is an online resource that for the first time brings together the Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust digital learning tools and resources under one umbrella.
It offers users of all ages and interest levels the opportunity to access information, online workshops, virtual tours, podcasts, videos and scientific papers, showcasing the scientific, horticultural and educational work of the Gardens.
Teachers will love our activity plans written by curriculum experts. They’ll encourage your students to grow connections, curiosity and an understanding of nature by putting STEM, geography, history, culture and community all together. Strengthen learning outcomes in conjunction with an excursion to one of our sites or use them as stand-alone resources.
Parents will love the school holiday and nature play ideas, perfect to get your kids outside and active. You’ll also find everything you need to get your home garden growing, with tips and tricks direct from our Community Greening team.
Children will love learning all about our living world as they wander through endangered Cumberland Plain Woodland in an interactive 360VR, deep dive into dinosaur trees, get dirty with our outdoor activities, and dream of being the next botanist who discovers a new plant species.
