A wonderful opportunity to hear from Jacqui Jones, Author of ‘The Greatfulness Guide; How to Think, Not what to Think’. A young person’s guidebook to all things mental health and wellbeing!
Students will learn about the power of their mind and hear some of Jacqui’s top tips and ‘tricks’ when it comes to developing their mental fitness and overcoming challenges.
Jacqui is also the Founder of the Greatfulness wellbeing program, which has been reviewed by BE YOU BEYOND BLUE and is included in their programs directory. The Greatfulness program has already been taught to thousands of primary school children around Australia.
This online author talk is proudly bought to you by CREATE NSW and is a fully funded by the NSW government. Each school that takes part in the book tour, will also be sent signed copies of Jacqui’s book for their school library or classroom and some other fun resources for your school to enjoy.

Jacqui Jones has over 20 years’ experience in the field of education & social work with qualifications in social work, positive psychology and as a meditation teacher.
Jacqui is the Founder of the Greatfulness wellbeing program and has inspired thousands of students through her work and ongoing commitment to empowering our younger generations.
Jacqui has delivered transformational learning for teachers and parents and has run in-house sessions for organisations such as TAFE NSW, NSW Police Force (PCYC) and various NSW Government organisations. She is a visiting facilitator at the University of Sydney’s Centre for Continuing Education where she teaches ‘Mindfulness for Busy Lives’.
She is an in-demand guest speaker for wellness providers, mental health events and teachers conferences and her work has been featured in the media including The Sydney Morning Herald, ABC Radio, Channel 9 (Today) and Channel 7 programs.
Jacqui truly believes in the revolutionary power of meditation and credits this tool for helping her overcome major depression. She is living proof that meditation works and feels driven to share this tool with others to also enable them to live from a place of authenticity and joy.
