Sustainable Schools NSW

Sustainable Schools NSW offers online professional learning for educators interested in developing their knowledge and skills to teach sustainability and to take action to make their school more sustainable.

Through our learning sessions we explore a whole school approach to sustainability, that incorporates three key action areas:
– Campus: Showcasing best practice methods & standards on school grounds
– Curriculum: Embedding sustainability across all learning and teaching
– Culture: Fostering lifelong global citizens and leaders within communities

Sustainable Schools NSW is a program of the Australian Association for Environmental Education (NSW), the state chapter of the peak professional association for environmental educators in Australia. Through collaboration, networks and member services we promote education for sustainability in NSW.
