This program supports students to inquire into how they can create positive change in their classrooms, school or local community.
ACTIVITY OUTLINE:
Through discussion and real-world examples students consider simple changes they can make in their everyday lives to support sustainability.
Program interactive content:
visits special places in the building
facilitates rich discussion around making positive changes to help the environment
shares stories about young people making positive changes in the area of sustainability
encourages students to reflect on how they can be sustainable global citizens
uses object interpretation to solve problems around waste
involves students in interactive and engaging learning activities
explores students’ rights and responsibilities in our democracy

A minimum of 14 days notice is required. Cancellations closer than 14 days will incur a cancellation fee of $50 per program. If a school fails to connect at the booked time this will result in a fee of $50. A Terms and Conditions form is required to be completed.

Technology and Materials Requirements
MoAD Learning uses the free Zoom application on laptop or iPad connected to an interactive whiteboard or TV in the classroom. For multi-connections each device will need the same app. Other platforms can be accommodated if required. On booking, MoAD Learning will confirm date and time and send Zoom meeting details directly to the contact teacher.
