Wellbeing Week: Building Resilience and Wellbeing in the Home – with Smiling Mind
This session will support parents of primary-aged children to learn techniques for building resilience and wellbeing in children, and why this is important for life-long positive mental health. We’ll explore practical mindfulness-based activities that can be used at home to promote positive mental health in children (and across the whole family). We’ll also address a range of common questions that parents have about supporting positive mental health and wellbeing within their family.
