Requirements: Technology, Materials and Pre and Post event requirements.
Participants will need access to the internet to download the Workbook and the visualisations. Participants will benefit from access to a device, for example a smartphone for playing the audio Mp3 (visualisations) with headphones. Participants will benefit from printing certain pages from the Workbook, though it is not necessary as the Workbook is supplied as a digital download.
