Snugglepot and Cuddlepie: An Online Theatrical Experience
Sep

May Gibbs’ quintessentially Australian classics have fascinated and delighted generations of children and families, introducing them to the wonder and magic of the Australian bush.
This online adaptation captures a short scene from the iconic Tales of Snugglepot and Cuddlepie.
After hearing a story from Professor Kookaburra, the Gumnut Babies are on a mission to have an adventure near their own tree. They will explore some other animal homes and come up with fun games and activities that everyone can do safely to add a bit of adventure to being stuck at home.
Help Snugglepot find the way! Will Cuddlepie hold his nerve? Can you help them have a real adventure in their own backyard?
These beloved characters come to life on zoom in this interactive, funny and enchanting performance that introduces today’s children to the wonderful world of May Gibbs.
