Testing and Support
Technology and Zoom Use
In order to participate in the virtual workshops and shows, teachers are expected to have performed technical checks on their video conferencing equipment. You can do this at any time at www.zoom.us/test. You do not need a Zoom account to participate, but it is suggested to have the Zoom application on the device you are using on the day. Teachers are to moderate student questions, passing them onto the presenter through the Q&A or chat function.
Refunds will not be permitted for technical issues caused by the school endpoint bandwidth or devices. If connection issues occur at the Workshop provider endpoint that significantly impact content delivery (over one third of the session), the session will be refunded. Workshop presenters will strictly adhere to start and finish times. If connection from teachers is later than the time booked in, the finish time will remain the same and session activities will need to be removed or reduced to accommodate this change.
