Professional Learning: An Introduction to the National Game Design Challenge Lessons (Stage 2, Stage 3, Teacher)

ACTIVITY OUTLINE:
This On Demand session will give you access to four short videos that accompany the National Game Design Challenge lessons. These lessons cover:
- Lesson 1 – Choosing your science game idea
- Lesson 2 – Gameplay
- Lesson 3 – Game mechanics
- Lesson 4 – Aesthetics
If you’ve been wondering whether this Challenge is right for you, these short videos will give you the confidence to get started with your students.
By participating in the Game Design Challenge your students will have the chance to unleash their creativity while learning STEAM content and skills. The Challenge is free to enter and is open to all primary students between grades 3-6 in Australia.
