
People, Places + Futurism (Stage 2, Stage 3)

Students project their minds decades into the future where First Nations culture is strong, with significant sites weaved through the storytelling.
ACTIVITY OUTLINE:
Delivered live by NEO-Learning educators across a series of 3 x sessions, this Unit of Learning comprises 2 x lessons in our virtual classroom and 1 x digital drawing workshop facilitated on a video conference call.
During live sessions students will gain an understanding of First Nations perspectives of people and place. We share our award winning futuristic sci-fi comic NEOMAD, and meet characters based on real people in Ieramugadu (Roebourne) WA.
This event is for all Australian primary schools, and students from all backgrounds. We create and develop content from our Digital Lab in Roebourne.

The cost of this Unit of Work (3x 1 hour sessions) is an annual fee of $39.00 and includes full Membership to NEO-Learning.
Bookings are customisable to 3 consecutive days or as agreed with teacher.

Bookings for live lessons and workshops can be made in advance and all released educational content such as Smartboard ready slideshows, worksheets, and Podcasts will be available to you. We also offer our members Professional Learning opportunities, in the form of online workshops.
Your contribution of $39 assists NEO-Learning to drive positive social change via the Digital Lab in Roebourne where we build capacity and skills in our young artists.
