Media Literacy Week: Perceptions of Identity (Stage 3)
Join the NFSA to celebrate Media Literacy Week!
This virtual excursion will build and strengthen students’ critical thinking skills as they explore representations of national identity in media texts from our rich collection.
Students will be exposed to the techniques used during content creation, learn to question the messages within texts and develop the confidence to engage with all forms of media.
This excursion will run for 60 minutes with opportunities for students to complete activities during the session.

Students can identify the different techniques utilised by composer of media texts and explain their purpose.
