ACTIVITY OUTLINE:

World Environment Day is an opportunity to draw global attention to critical environmental issues and to empower individuals and communities to take localised and proactive steps towards environmental conservation.

In this session you’ll discover diverse ecosystems across the globe and delve into environmental concerns like climate change, pollution and waste, and the decline of nature and biodiversity with Grace Blackburn, a Biologist and PhD candidate at the University of Western Australia. Grace will also explore practical steps that you can take in your home and local area that will help protect the environment.

This session aims to inspire positive change and foster a sense of responsibility towards our natural surroundings, for a better and greener future for all.
