Building Resilience and Wellbeing in the Home
This session will support parents of primary school children to learn techniques for building resilience and wellbeing in children, and why this is important for life-long positive mental health. We’ll explore practical mindfulness-based activities that can be used at home to promote positive mental health in children, and across the whole family. We’ll also address a range of common questions that parents have about supporting positive mental health and wellbeing within their family.
