What Colour is Kangaroo Grass Bread?

Explore the fascinating world of native Australian grasses.
Dr Claudia Keitel researches what alternatives to our normal wheat and rye bread we have.
Her team at the University of Sydney grow native grasses and are exploring ways of using them as our daily staple.
Find out about her work in this video. The activity will show you what exactly is in our grains and why we are not hungry after eating bread.
You can also learn how to forage and treat grains yourself in this activity.
The content will be available 14 August – 11 October.
