Let’s Talk About it: Mental Health

Join our online workshop as we look to understand mental health for young people. Using the mental health continuum, we consider how mental health and wellbeing is fluid and can change throughout our lives. We will also unpack stigma, and how this can impact our perception of mental health and help seeking for ourselves and those around us. We take a look at the ‘stress bucket’ analogy to understand stress and how this feels, whilst also learning ways to managing stress for ourselves.  Finally, we will explore services available to young people in headspace for support with physical or mental health needs, work and study as well as ways to connect online with peers and health professionals. We hope you can join us!
