Wellbeing Week 2021: Special Event

  11-Oct-2021      09:00AM
Live Event
11
Oct

As part of Mental Health Month, the NSW Department of Education presents Wellbeing Week from 11 to 15 October. Featuring a great line-up of a diversity of events for students of all ages, and their parents, Wellbeing Week aims to encourage us all to think about our mental health and wellbeing and take practical steps to look after ourselves – and each other.

There are lessons in physical education and how to keep your body and brain healthy; sessions on mental fitness, managing stress and challenging emotions; a workshop for senior students on finding their groove again as they get ready to return to school; and even a lesson in hip-hop to help connect with your creative potential and boost your sense of wellbeing.

This will be a week of FREE live sessions available to all schools, home schools, students, parents and all, Australia wide and beyond.

Below is our schedule of events.  Click here to see all the events, or click on each one individually for more information and to book in.
