WELLBEING WEDNESDAY’S W/ JACQUI JONES (Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3)
May

Give your students the opportunity to relax and reset; find a comfortable place to sit or lie & they will be taken on a guided meditation practice.
ACTIVITY OUTLINE:
Facilitated by Jacqui Jones, ‘Wellbeing Wednesday’ aims to break up the week for your students and provide them with an opportunity to reconnect with mind, body & spirit. These sessions are also designed for the wellbeing of our teachers!
Each week Jacqui will choose a different theme in terms of wellbeing and self-care and students will have the opportunity to take part in a live meditation practice.
Suitable for beginners as well as more advanced meditators!
These live sessions will give your students the opportunity to relax and reset. Set to lovely music, students will be asked to find a comfortable place to sit or lie and they will be taken on a guided meditation or visualisation practice with Jacqui.
Jacqui has been teaching meditation to primary school students for over 8 years now and designs these sessions to specifically meet their needs and keep them engaged. Otherwise known as ‘Headventures’ the sessions will make the most of your student’s wonderful imaginations and help them to tap into this powerful tool.
