Under the Sea (Year 3 – 6)
This session is best suited for students in Year 3 (Stage 2) – Year 6 (Stage 3)
Take a trip down into the deep in this virtual excursion as students will explore methods for ocean exploration, make predictions and observations in a buoyancy demonstration and use this knowledge to build a Cartesian diver. They’ll also learn about the changing properties of the ocean, the amazing wildlife in our seas and will get a chance to travel into the Mariana Trench, the deepest point in the world’s oceans.
