The Diverse Journeys of Women in STEM
Sep

In this webinar panel discussion, you will hear about the exciting career journeys of three women working in the STEM field.
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) careers are focussed on solving problems, whether it’s food security, making cyberspace safe, studying black holes, or making the world a better place! You could also work all over the world, travelling or connecting virtually with colleagues from other countries.
If you are interested in learning about a job you may never have heard of before, and what it is like to have a career in STEM, this webinar is for you!!
This event is hosted by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the Office of the Women in STEM Ambassador, with support from Questacon. The panel discussion will be moderated by the Australian Ambassador for Gender Equality.
This event is best suited to students in Years 10, 11 and 12.
