Smart Farming virtual classrooms allow primary students to learn about Australian farming direct from the farmer. Each session is 30-minutes long, hosted on Zoom, FREE & curriculum-linked!
ACTIVITY OUTLINE:
Farm Life (F – Yr 2)
This session introduces students to life on a cattle, sheep or goat farm. It explorers the work farmers do, how they care for their animals and the environment.
Students will have the opportunity to talk directly with a farmer, complete quizzes and importantly learn more about what life on the farm is like, especially caring for the animals, all from the classroom or at home.
