Students will learn to be independent with technology and establish strategies to self-manage screen time.
ACTIVITY OUTLINE:
Students will:
- be empowered to find ways to switch off
- discover daily activities that promote movement and ‘green time’.
- understand the need to rest their minds
- learn the S.T.A.R.T method to take control
Upon registration, educators will be provided with a PDF digi-cursion pack including ‘Set for Success’ instructions, an in-session note-taking template, reflection activities, and conversation starters.
