Amazing Adaptations! (Stage 3)
How do animals survive in their environment? Students will learn about structural and behavioural adaptations during this live presentation with Sydney Zoo ambassador animals.
The activities will include:
- learning about structural and behavioural adaptations using a variety of examples from Sydney Zoo
- finding adaptations on different species (shown in videos/images) and describing them to the Sydney Zoo teacher using some prompt words
- drawing their own animals to fit into specific habitats shown on the screen (will need paper and pencils per student)
