
Secrets of Movie-Making: Virtual Lesson (Stage 3)

Go behind the scenes of film production.
ACTIVITY OUTLINE:
Available by request on Thursdays and Fridays during school term. Choose start time: 9:30am, 10am, 10:30am or 11am (Melbourne time).
Through films made by young people, students learn more about filmmaking and take away some know-how to inspire their own productions.
This lesson focuses on:
- student-made film and animation projects
- the different creative and technical roles involved in filmmaking
- the technology, tricks and techniques behind the magic of filmmaking
- going about getting started on a personal or group film project
This is a live virtual lesson run by ACMI Educators. It includes an interactive activity and a range of post-lesson activities for further discovery. All our online programs are delivered via Zoom.
Please note: virtual lessons are open to Victorian regional schools, interstate Australian schools, as well as small and specialist schools only.
