Virtual Excursions Australia is supporting the NSW Department of Education’s Rural Access Gap by providing discounted live virtual events available via DART Learning.
ACTIVITY OUTLINE:
Discover who builds the Reef and creates the habitat for such an amazing diversity of marine life. Learn who does what within the Reef community, what the Reef needs to remain healthy, and what you can do, wherever you may be, to help the Great Barrier Reef

Presenter Bio
Reef HQ – Great Barrier Reef Aquarium offers exciting, stimulating programs for students of all ages to learn about the Great Barrier Reef. During this underwater adventure your students will learn about the diversity of reef creatures, the adaptations they possess and the role they play within the reef community. We also explore the inter-relationships between marine creatures, threats to the reef and ways we can all help protect and look after the Great Barrier Reef.
The program is facilitated by a team of highly qualified marine educators who are flexible in their delivery of presentations, which can be targeted to suit all ages and stages of learning.
