Ocean Animals Quiz (Years 3-6) (Stage 2, Stage 3)

Join the Australian National Maritime Museum as we celebrate World Turtle Day and World Environment Day with this Ocean Animal themed quiz!
ACTIVITY OUTLINE:
We challenge anyone in years 3-6 to test your knowledge about ocean animals and learn some fun facts along the way. The online quiz will go for about 45min and there will be time for questions after.
To play the quiz, students will need to visit www.kahoot.it or download the Kahoot! App. They will then be asked to enter the code provided at the start of the session. Students can participate as individuals or in teams, either from school or home. Students can also use a pen and paper if you experience technical difficulties.
You can let us know if there are any topics you would like to see by completing a short survey here.
This session will start at 2pm for all states observing Australian Eastern Daylight Time (NSW, ACT, Qld, Vic & Tas), 1.30pm for Schools in SA and NT and 12 midday for WA. Please contact us if you would like to enquire about a session to suit your local timezone.

Technology and Materials Requirements
Teachers and Students are encouraged to watch this Zoom live event in their classrooms but students can also participate while learning from home. This requires a computer with internet connection. You will not be using your camera or mic, questions can be typed into the Q&A.
To participate in the Kahoot Quiz, students can work individually or in teams. Each student/team will need a computer or mobile device with an internet connection. Students will need to visit www.kahoot.it or download the Kahoot! App and enter the code provided at the start of the session.
