Technology and Materials Requirements
For the presentation:
A device for students to connect to a Teams meeting with. This can be projected onto a screen in a classroom/theatre, or onto individual laptops/phones/tablets, or both. A Teams account isn’t necessary to access the meeting, nor is the Teams app (it can be access via web browser).
Students can ask and answer questions via the text chat function in Teams. If they don’t have a device to use the text chat, ensure that there is some form of microphone in the room that they can respond through.
For the virtual museum:
A laptop or desktop with an internet browser. The virtual museum tends to crash on tablets and smartphones so these devices aren’t suitable.
Connecting To The Event
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a link for the presentation with your confirmation pack. Details to access the virtual museum will be sent to you at the end of your presentation.
