Kids at Sea – A History Quiz for Students
Oct

The Australian National Maritime Museum invites students in Years 3-6 to join us as we journey back in time and learn about kids who travelled across the sea. Learn about some of the youngest crew members of Captain Cook’s voyage to Australia and consider stories of both convicts and free settlers who travelled across the seas to make new lives in Australia.
The quiz will go for about 45min and will focus on European exploration and settlement, as well as more recent migrant journeys represented by our Museum collection.
To play the quiz, students will need to visit www.kahoot.it or download the Kahoot! App. They will then be asked to enter the code provided at the start of the session. Students can participate as individuals or in teams, either from school or home.
