BLUE SKIES, GREY SKIES – HEADVENTURES W/ JACQUI JONES (Early Stage 1, Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3)

On Demand

Give your students the opportunity to relax and reset. These are pre-recorded ‘Headventures’ videos that have been co-created with Clickview.  Simply click on the link to access the video.

ACTIVITY OUTLINE:

This series of ‘Headventures’  are recorded by Jacqui Jones and follow on from ‘Wellbeing Wednesday’.  Each Headventure has been designed and created with the help of Clickview and can be used at any time throughout your school day to help your students rest, relax and reset.

Suitable for beginners as well as more advanced ‘Headventurers’!

These pre-recorded sessions will give your students the opportunity to tune into the power of their imagination.    Set to lovely music, students will be asked to find a comfortable place to sit or lie and they will be taken on a guided meditation or visualisation practice with Jacqui.

Jacqui has been teaching meditation to primary school students for over 9 years and designs these sessions to specifically meet their needs and keep them engaged.
