Come on a futuristic journey with Healthy Harold and friends as they explore the inside of a human body and take everyone along for the ride!
ACTIVITY OUTLINE:
Using augmented reality technology, this highly engaging and entertaining lesson will spark curiosity and deepen students understanding of who they are and how to stay healthy. Students will investigate how health choices support their developing body and brain. Key areas covered include:
- The function of vital organs and body systems
- Recognising the importance of nutrition in maintaining health
- Recognising how food choices impact health and energy levels
