Digital 101 Workshop – Teachers / Museum Professionals PD session (Teacher)
This PD session will support the integration of digital technologies into your learning experiences. Discover simple, practical solutions to help engage students and develop your skills in this space.
Connect with some of Canberra’s leading Cultural Institutions including the Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House, National Portrait Gallery and Parliamentary Education Office. We will walk you through how we use green screen technology, utilise open-ended questioning techniques, integrate hands-on activities and showcase object interpretation.
This session is designed as an introduction to creating engaging digital content for students, be it in the classroom or connecting with audiences from a museum setting. Each Cultural Institution will have 15 minutes to share with you a key feature of their outstanding digital work. You will be able to ask questions during a panel discussion and suggest ideas for future digital 101 sessions.
If you can’t attend at this time still register and a link will be supplied for you to watch at your convenience.
