A Virtual Week in Canberra 2022 – Foldable Flight (Stage 3)

Let your creativity take flight as you make, try and refine your own paper plane designs.
ACTIVITY OUTLINE:
How can you experiment with different elements of your paper plane to change the way it flies?
In this session, come and investigate the engineering and physics of flight by constructing your own paper planes.
Learn how to design two different types of paper planes, darts and gliders, and how various design features such as wing size shape and angle, can affect stability and drag.
