10@10 Classroom Energiser Episodes (Early Stage 1, Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3)
The 10@10 episodes have been designed to support schools in including classroom energisers in their daily teaching and learning.
ACTIVITY OUTLINE:
Each episode is 10 minutes in duration and students are led by School Sport Unit teachers in a high intensity workout based on an Australian sporting theme which include: Swimming, Cricket, Snow Sports, Running, Netball, Triathlon, Tennis, Football, Basketball and Rugby League.

Paige Hadley
Paige is currently one of the best netballers in Australia. She is co-captain of the NSW Swifts in the Suncorp Super Netball League and last season led them to the championships!
Paige has also represented the Australian Diamonds in the last 2 World Cups.

More Information About This Event
The School Sport Unit has a variety of resources including classroom energisers to support schools to use all opportunities for students to be physically active, provide students with a minimum of 150 minutes of physical activity across the school week, and to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence of students to be physically active for a lifetime.
You can also utilise the Sport Education teaching resource which is collection of units of work have been designed to support the delivery of a quality weekly school sport program for a number of sports. Each sport specific unit runs for 5-weeks and culminates in a gala-day.
